A new Bishop for All Saints

We feel very blessed that Bishop Andy Lines has been appointed as our new Bishop by Archbishop Laurent Mbanda primate of the Anglican Church of Rwanda. We look forward to working with Bishop Andy and having him as our spiritual leader and hope he will soon be able to visit us again.
