Treasure Hunch

Sue Minnis assisted by Jane Caulfield-Kerney organised a great Fun,

Fellowship and Fundraising Event.

On Saturday 43 people met at Sue Minnis’ house for an afternoon with a difference. A really great time was had by all who took part. All Sainters were joined by friends from Vale Judeu Church and Algarve Hash House Harriers. We had to keep our eyes open to find an assortment of items and other info along the way . We enjoyed the beautiful countryside, some exercise and opportunities to chat while we followed the dobs of flour which marked our path and showed us the way.

We arrived back at Sue’s with our bags of treasure, had our stones weighed...nearest to half a kilo...and sticks measured ...they had to be half a metre, discovered who had answered all the clues correctly and then enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Sue.

Thanks to Sue and Jane and all who took part...and the added bonus was we raised 315 euros for church funds!!!
